hi skex

Aw, but I guess subservient zombies aren't as fun as wild zombies for Gordok.
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
I did something! =D
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
Good hits there Skex. However....
I have a plan that I'm working with Skills on. He hasn't given me reply yet but should everything work out I'd really appreciate if you guys would use long-range attacks for the meantime. Zerg, use your bow. Garr, heal up. Now that Skex is in the zone where this plan will all go down he will need to be pulled back one space with Skills' Virtue of Cunning. Should everything go right this battle will become much much easier. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
I'm gonna post my turn. I know Zerg goes before me but please do not go into AE -4 or AE -5. It's part of the plan. Basically, I'd just stay where you currently are and use your bow (preferably at the guards in the back).
Also, I've given Skills permission to do my attack rolls when his turn comes. This ought to be nice. =) I was speaking idiomatically. |
@skills

Yeah, I kind of wanted to make sure this plan would, you know, work before I got myself launched alone into enemy territory. I made sure I wouldn't provoke attack of opportunity when I landed and how a bunch of other mechanics work for the play. Pang was cool enough to go along with it and explain what was right and wrong. Even though I'll probably get hit badly by something over there this was totally worth it.

Zerg, please shoot Scout B before it unleashes the hellhound (or whatever's there). I can't imagine him having much health left.

ppsst... zerg
ortak is dead, dude This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
Oh.... well damn I guess I'll have to keep that in mind from now on.
![]() Guess I really did merely shove the troll then. 6 total damage instead of 11. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
Well we had like three or five strategies going on in the background and I didn't want to be the one to mess it up. Plus I wasn't able to get in contact with my consultant.
But yeah, I hear you guys. ![]() I was speaking idiomatically. |
Actually I was kind of referring to you in that sense. =I

we only do the number crap b/c we're nerds and it makes it a bit easier on pang
he does so much already What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? |
Once you get used to how it works it's not that hard. I'm not exactly a math wizard or anything. Essentially when attacking you find out what the lowest number you need to roll is, success leads to dealing your damage dice and calculating that plus any additional things like for Gordok he's able to curse to deal an additional d6 for warlock attack spells, and then you just lay out your results. I find the harder part is setting up where you want to go, getting your line of sight, and calculating how many times your going to need to cast your d20s to hit if you have a spell that affects many enemies and stuff. It can get complicated but it's not hard math or anything. It really helps to open up notepad and type down or copy/paste your enemies' info and your attack shit. Anyway yeah... just takes a little bit of effort to learn.

If it's a trap then you should let Gordok open it. He loves setting those off.

Skills, has informed me that the duergar recruits are minions. I feel silly for doing those calculations and cursing minions is are being very dumb thing hurrr.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
I'm working on something. Also we've been discussing a whole hell of a lot what we're doing this round so lots of deliberation and yeah.

Oh my bad my bad, because Garr had posted before me in my mind it seemed to have already been stated that Garr was going before Gordok. I should have posted that Gordok goes after Garr this round.
Do things make more sense now that I've told you that was how I saw it happening? I had assumed it was already known Garr was going before Gordok. That's the only reason Gordok was able to stand and get a shift out of it b/c Garr was over him, yeah? I was speaking idiomatically. |
Oh, I'm perfectly fine with the results. And thank you so much for your help in all this. I've learned a lot.
Not that it would make much of a difference but I believe Gordok should be at C18 due to getting two shifts. Most amazing jew boots |
I'm gonna do another dream post Pang so I gots to do some cooking.
![]() How ya doing, buddy? |
The ritual will print only the finest of Monopoly money. Which we can then harvest for soft wonderful silky silk silkness.

Prison would be getting off easy. Shopkeep could just chop off your hand or if he's feeling nice just a finger or two.
