Recommendations for a new Camera?

Been thinking of purchasing a DSLR camera, (First time I'll ever buy one) So yeah i need recommendations, Sadly my budget is around 500-600 dollahs.

I really want a camera with low to none blurry shots, I've been getting tons of blurry shots lately, And i haven't even tried to flinch nor move, So yeah.
