I guess I should've asked for at least a "resist 10" instead of immune. Still, that list is useful (too bad the fire-resistant creatures are weak to radiant)...

Thanks man

Yeah, but he has the backstabber feat.

d6 turns into d8.
Missed that. Too much shit, man.

Anyways, the complaint that we don't do enough adventuring and exploring can be countered by the complaint that it takes too much immediate response from the DM.

If we're incredibly active, then Pang has to post a lot, which sometimes he doesn't, but sometimes he does, which in turn can make us look just as inactive.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

The problem with "immediate response from the DM" is that you don't always want that. Sometimes it seems better to give you guys a little time to respond to each other. Like, when Zerg does something, I want to give you the opportunity to stop him from doing it.

Hey Pang old buddy. I was wondering if you are willing to take a quick browse through the compendium for any level 6-8 monsters other than duergar who are immune to (or better yet, are healed by) fire and acid.
Hey fuck you buddy.

Far better than trying to catch us out with resistant monsters would be to chuck a fucking shit load of things we can murder with ease at us and turn it into a survival battle. How many highly flammable minions can we murder before we go down (Not many probably given our inability to kill more than one thing at once). I'm a little dissapointed you didn't think to attack us with a bunch of goblins riding beasts and chariots so we could have a Mad Max-esque running battle with Ebony jumping from vehicle to vehicle killing people and Ivory trying to steer out of trouble and shoot people's wheels off. Maybe set a battle on thin ice which requires you to move at least six squares a turn to not fall through or something?

I'm going to save up for a Griffon if we survive the day.

I'm not really complaining, I'm just saying that while there are some kool things that can we can do with online DnD there is constantly the inherent problem of not ever really knowing if there's a reason your waiting or somebody just hasn't come around the forums in a minute.

pffft...what's he gonna do from all the way over there.

Actually, wouldn't be a bad idea to look at his character and figure out what he actually can do. ^_^

When I do something that involves them, I always give them the chance to back out/stop me! Why else would I invoke a count to three?

I know it's kinda asking too much, but I always feel safer to proceed when there's a map presented. Of course, the reverse is true because of traps. But I just do!

Did you know that fire is the most common resistance out there?

But anyway, I asked for it by going all Monty Haul without the requisite rebalancing (e.g. item daily powers). No, I'm not going to hit you exclusively with fire- and acid-resistent monsters. That would be terribly unsporting, and you know how OCD I can be with 'fairness' and 'honor'. That doesn't mean I'm going to be tossing fire-vulnerable enemies en masse at you either!

I'm still adhering to an XP budget. Giving enemies extra gear kind of throws the calculations off. Buuuuuut, if that's what you want, why not...

One of the reasons I don't want to kill you immediately is to see what kind of plans you come up with. Don't disappoint me

Maybe set a battle on thin ice which requires you to move at least six squares a turn to not fall through or something?

I'm going to save up for a Griffon if we survive the day.
Hmm, I still like to keep a logical narrative although I'm obviously railroading you. We'll see!

* Scribbles in notepad *
- Shin wants more unorthodox battles with interesting terrain.
- Give enemies flying mounts.
- Hope Ivory's insured against falling damage.

Oh that's interesting did wvlf become a black mage in the last couple of days

Oh, he didn't

How awkward for us both
On the bright side, he has 1 day more (48 hours from Gheth's post) to wake up so as not to invoke Pang Rule 1!

With a start, Cal realizes he has no idea where Gary is. Perhaps he had been left behind in that cornfield.

Hopefully we can get more goblin and skeleton minions from the Temple!

You should give Zeph an intelligent weapon that does nothing but make snide comments, inform enemies of his weak points and refuse to hit anything.

Also, i didn't catch it before, but you could have moved that far without using an action point, Garr. you can turn standard actions into move actions.

With my Everybody Move ability, since I am not required to be next to the enemy, does that mean I can decide which direction they get pushed, perhaps even towards myself?
Also, does pushing provoke AoO?

When you push, the enemy must move (in any direction) further away from you with every step. If you want to move them in any direction, including drawing them to you, that's a slide.

Flute of the Dancing Satyr! Tundra Wind! Tune of Ice and Wind! You are missed.

Regardless, forced movement doesn't attract opportunity attacks.

Would you be doing this "Everybody Move" thing before Gheth, so he gets spared from some potentially punishing retaliation?

P.S. I don't suppose anyone's up for a little Heroes of Light diplomacy?

I was speaking idiomatically.

I'd be all for a little diplomacy, but i don't think they'll be listening to Glenn. Gheth has the best diplomacy score (still only 8, ouch), so i guess it's up to Skexis. Talking can happen any time, correct?

Puyet smash. Puyet ask questions later.

We could always try and get them to surrender once they're bloodied. I'm not a big fan of the extra pummeling we'll take, however. Perhaps knocking them prone would help. But then we're basically sandwiched between the good and bad guys.

What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?
