Yeah, it's not like he's had since July of last year to learn about how attacks work in a game where all you do is attack something.
Jam it back in, in the dark. |
we also read books. Did you forget about that part, Brady? The part with the books? And where we read them?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
I thought it had become optional to do our own rolls.
I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? ![]() John Mayer just asked me, personally, through an assistant, to sing backup on his new CD. |
I was under the impression that it was optional as well. Pang has been doing rolls for everyone thus far, and he's probably pretty chillax with continuing it for folks who aren't sure of themselves.

Yeah, this isn't the kind of game where I'd feel comfortable doing my own dice rolls.
Once LeHah has Star Wars going, I'll be perfectly happy with it. d6 + 1 special d6 die (for crits or horrible misses) is easy enough to keep track of. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? It was lunchtime at Wagstaff.
Touching butts had been banned by the evil Headmaster Frond. Suddenly, Tina Belcher appeared in the doorway. She knew what she had to do. She touched Jimmy Jr's butt and changed the world. |
Yeah, I'm fucked if I'm doing my own rolls. I've got to the point where I vaguely understand the rules but I'd prefer to leave the details to Pang. The only reason I ever check my character sheet is to see what powers I've not used yet.

Yeah, I'm not going to enforce individual rolling at all. For those who can handle it, I do appreciate the help, but the main thing was to have a concrete on-board record of every pertinent roll.
Bob's Shield gives him a +4 to AC and Ref retroactively, for example. If I don't remember for sure what the attack roll against him was (since his turn often occurs a good 30 hours after he gets hit), it's tough to say for sure whether the Shield actually saves his ass or not. Things like that. I'm just trying to be certain everything is on the level before I toss you ever deeper into the meatgrinder. How ya doing, buddy? ![]() |
![]() I thought of you guys when I first saw this. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. ![]() |
Saw Pang's placeholder post and then forgot to check back. =I

My goodness! Does Soggy have room for more status boxes?
How ya doing, buddy? |
There's always room for Status Boxes™.

What does it mean to Stand Your Ground?
What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? |
It's a dwarven racial trait; if something would knock them prone, they get a saving throw to try to stay upright since they're as wide as they are tall and all that.

The 4e Open Grave Supplement Manual says this about the disease: Level 11 Disease : Cemetery Rot Attack: +14 vs. Fortitude Endurance improve 22, maintain DC 17, worsen DC 16 or lower You perform checks in order to determine whether you improve, maintain, or deteriorate, right?. So, when do you exactly perform these checks? Automatically after your turn, or do you have to sacrifice a Major/Minor action to do it? How is it actually checked - do you roll a d20 and add the result to Endurance? Or is it just based on the Endurance stat? How ya doing, buddy? |
You make a check automatically after each Extended Rest, D20 +Endurance skill.
Of course they can always just rush him to a qualified cleric, but that's expensive. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. ![]() |
Oh, extended rest.
Hahaha, Argumentus is screwed I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
I thought that if one of us helps treat his illness, he can recover faster? Because heal is my highest skill.
I was speaking idiomatically. |
You can substitute a heal check for someone's endurance check when they're trying to recover from a disease, but your Heal skill and Arg's Endurance skill are both 8 so it's a bit of a wash. If it was somebody with less Endurance, like Bob, then Heal would be a big help.
But of course I never manage to infect anyone but the tanks ![]() What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? ![]() |
If the zombie captain is dazed how could it attack Soggy?
FELIPE NO |
Zombie Cap'n only gets to do one thing - standard, move, or minor action. Unfortunately for us, that one thing was knocking our short friend out.
