I'll hazard a guess that the city in question is Rio de Janeiro, Brazil? I will just cite the name of the file, which has "BZ" in it

After looking at pictures of several Latin American cities on google, the closest looking one I've come across so far is Sao Paulo, so I'll throw out a guess for that.

This next one confuses me. I'm guessing it's European based on the style of buildings, but the area I was initially thinking of (Netherlands) doesn't have many hills.
