Haha, the fact that he used a sword is probably the most amusing part of all this. I'd be fucking scared.
It kinda reminds me of the time I was walking around campus with my roommate and we heard LOUD porn through a guy's window as we walked by. She definitely sounded as though she was enjoying it, so we weren't too worried... lol. But seriously, why would you need to listen to porn THAT loud? Come on. However, coming in with a sword is hilarious and the guy is living with him mother at the ripe age of 39? Hahaha, fuckin' Link from Zelda. The guy who was playing the rape porn that loud is an idiot. Of course he's gonna attract attention, especially inside of an apartment. As for the guy with the sword, yeah I agree that what he did was right (with the exception of wielding a sword and kicking down the door), but at the same time, what if the rape was real?
