Super Mario 64 Soundtrack Question
This has been bugging the crap out of me for eons. Does anyone know the name of the main instrunment in Dire Dire Docks (Soundtrack - Track 09)? I just can't figure it out, and I've been looking for the real world equivilant for years. Is the sound based off of an actual instrunment, or is it a purely synthasized sound, or a combination of other instrunments?
Jam it back in, in the dark. |
EDIT: Dire Dire Docks is rad. How ya doing, buddy? Mario Kart DS: 498293-921939____ Star Fox Command: 155-576-696-451____ Metroid Prime Hunters: 4854-1233-4943____ Final Fantasy III: 506891214495____ Xfire: freuser____ Steam: Free.User____ |

It sounds like a standard MIDI electric piano to me. In fact, I'm positive that's what it is.
You can find a similar sounding instrument on almost any MIDI program or keyboard. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
Kickass. Thanks guys.
