What are these red spots...?
Can somebody please tell me what these red spots are? Is is a result of bug bites?
  Do I have to change the sheets or something...? I think its bed bugs, but I might be wrong. How ya doing, buddy?

I'm not sure... I usually have the sheets covering my entire body, from feet to the neck.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

its most likely bug bites, maybe not mosquitoes. How often do you change your sheets?
