What are these red spots...?
 

Can somebody please tell me what these red spots are? Is is a result of bug bites?

Do I have to change the sheets or something...? I think its bed bugs, but I might be wrong.

I'm not sure... I usually have the sheets covering my entire body, from feet to the neck.

It looks like skin eating cancer to me. Classic case.

It doesn't look like anything lethal, but seriously, as Cetra said -- internet forums are not the right place for medical consultations. If it gets worse, go see a doctor.
