Arguably the best BitTorrent client. It's defintely the smallest and the one that uses the lest resources. Being on a network connected to the internet (guessing you don't have any ports forwarded to your PC) might slow the torrent down, but it usually shouldn't stop it. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
Having the port your Torrent program wants forwaded isn't essential. It just means that you're less likely to connect to somebody else on the same torrent who's in the same situation. Ask whoever set up your network or if you know what you're doing, forward the port yourself. You can also try here for help.
How many peers/leechers/seeds is your client reporting? If there's not many seeds and alot of leechers you might just be in a queue. Has it actually connected to the torrent? If it has, all you have to do is just wait, and you should eventually get everything. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
