I'm also on a network connection and have used utorrent. I had really good speeds at first but then they have started to decline, even worse than dialup. I use BitComet now and have much better connection speeds.
Yes, if there are 0 seeds and peers then the torrent is dead. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
