I've tried quite a few torrent programs (the original BT, BitLoard, BitComet, ABC, and uTorrent), and ABC works the best for me.
I tried utorrent, and god the interface was sexy. But I couldn't get any speeds. I tried at least 20 good torrents with lots of seeds and leechers, and my speeds wouldn't go past 15 kB/s, even with my ports forwarded and my settings optimized to the max. I tried the same torrents on ABC, and there were no problems at all. It's funny how torrents are different with each person.  Jam it back in, in the dark. |
