I'm a hard sell on just about anything... except DVDs, which I have a horrible weakness toward just getting on impulse.
My last three, non-food, purchases were all DVDs as well: 1. Howl's Moving Castle: Nothing like Miyazaki goodness, and Disney gave the release great treatment. $19 2. Whisper of the Heart: Had never seen the movie before, but I enjoyed it thoroughly and the DVD set it came in was also nice. Plus it was on sale, so I can't argue. $16 3. Lupin the Third - Strange Psychokinetic Strategy: Had long heard about this movie, so I jumped at the chance to pick it up when first released. Wasn't exactly a film I can see myself watching anytime soon again, but not something I regret having in my collection all the same. $20 Jam it back in, in the dark.
