Astral Puzzle Meltdown - Let's Fix This Ship! I've been beating the bushes at Bandcamp of late, looking for new and exciting VGM, most of which is free for the sampling. This is one of the best pieces I've found so far, hugely catchy and adorably retro. If you like it, I suggest checking out the composer's other works and maybe showing some support.

Denjin K - LASER CLUSTERRRRrrrrrrr -sanodg dub remix- There are pretty long stretches of this I can't really enjoy, when there's too much distortion or too much guy shouting into an open mic. The other stuff isn't bad as far as ambient synth washes go, but it's kind of weighed down. But man, that title...not cluster or even CLUSTER but CLUSTERRRRrrrrrrr.

DO-DON-PACHI DAI-FUKKATSU BLACK LABEL Original Sound Track - Vertex (Stage1) Decent shmup styling for what is, I suspect, a decent shmup.

Invaders Corruption - The Soundtrack - Liquid Dance Really nice retro sound, but I wish they'd done more with it; feels like some wasted potential.

Jikkyou Powerful Pro Baseball - Power Pro Music Stadium - Results (Lose) Why don't we get more Japanese baseball music in this contest? This is actually really good, and a lot more upbeat than you'd expect for a defeat song. I imagine that the victory song is really downbat to compensate.

Option TUNING CAR BATTLE 2 Original Soundtrack - Ending Movie Shouldn't this have been last week? I mean, isn't all racing a tuning car battle? Besides, the baritone "let's go, here I am, no, out!" chorus would have added much-needed laughs to the week,

Roberta Williams' Phantasmagoria (PC Game Rip) - Take a Stand (Closing Theme) Phantasmagoria was controversial for its graphic depictions of violence and rape, so what better way to end it thatn a soulful 80's-style ballad? Cheese value is at gouda, but entertainment value is flatlining.

SEGA Rally 2006 Original Sound Track - Irritation Another possible entrant for last week, which is better than 90% of the actual contenders. Might have placed then.
