I don't really see anything there too fishy, although McAfee always makes me cringe a bit these days.
If no one comes up with anything, here are two things to try: 1) Safe mode, just to see if it comes up there. 2) Since you say that they reappear if you kill the process, then kill a different process that is running and try and kill Paint and IE again. If they come back, that program wasn't causing the problem. If they don't, then you have your suspect. (Start with the ones with your name next to them first, since some of the SYSTEM ones will just shut down the computer.) Jam it back in, in the dark.
