Public Access Television

We have two public access stations where I live and all I see on them are reminders of events. I've heard that people have actually hosted shows on public access and I was wondering if you have to pay in order to create your own show or have an indie movie air on public access or is it for free?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I believe it's free to have your own show/movie/whatever on Public Access, but don't quote me on that.

We used to have a Public Access channel, but ever since the beginning of the year its been down. I hope it comes back though, as some of the late night stuff was pretty good.

How ya doing, buddy?
