Thought we'd go with a different approach this time around and have Sakimoto provide some liner notes, or commentary of some of his favorite tracks as well as some of our favorite tracks from the game's soundtrack. I truly feel that this is some of his best work in recent years, so it's interesting to hear what he has to say about the game's music:

Yep, more of this stuff!

I bought the score some weeks after #gamemp3s released it. Now reading this liner-notes like interview gives me a whole new view on the score. Thanks for doing this interview/article

I think this kind of post will be really appreciated by western fans of the soundtrack in question, considering most of us are never able to read and enjoy the composer liner notes often printed in soundtracks booklets.

You certainly do some great work with OSV, Jayson. Keep it up!

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Quite an interesting review/interview hybrid format! I'd definitely like to see more of it in the future.

While I'm not heavily interested in this particular album, I think this is a great format, and would love to see this done for more albums. Excellent work!
