Runtime error floating point problem

When ever I open media player classic or smartftp this is what I get and the program closes.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

After looking around msdn a bit, all I can suggest is that you uninstall and reinstall the said applications if you haven't done so already. (Here's the article for the error. Granted, it doesn't mean much unless you're compiling the applications yourself.)

There's nowhere I can't reach.

try to install Microsoft Visual Basic run-time maybe fix that:

http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...vbrun60sp5.exe

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
