Program for a Customer Databases
I'm looking for some software that is for creating and maintaining customer databases. Like an address book with a lot more options. Contact information, date entered maybe, reason for entering, other business type entries. This is for a business, so I can't just use Windows address book, I'm really just looking for someone to spit off some good customer database programs that they have experience with and can inform me a bit about it. This isn't necessarily a request for software, it is discussing what software I might want for my specific purposes. Thank you.
Jam it back in, in the dark. |
I used Microsoft Access a while back and it was pretty nice. Since it's part of the Office suite it should integrate into all of their other software pretty nicely, too.
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
We use Filemaker at work. It's pretty customizable so it should work.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
