Online/Telephone Activated Software
Hola GFF computer gurus!
My college wants me to pay $300 for a Flight Management System (FMS) Training program, to use for 2-3 months. I can make a copy of the CD, but it requires either online, or telephone activation with the serial number printed on the back of the jewel case. I was wondering if there was some way around this - so I wouldn't have to fork out $300. Thanks! Jam it back in, in the dark. |
There only is if someone has gone through the trouble of cracking that particular software.
Depending on how sophisticated the software is, you might have some options. The CD might not be encrypted very well. Or you might be able to make a copy of your friend's directory after he installed it and use that. How ya doing, buddy?

I doubt it. The program would probably go "WTF? Where's my registry entries?" and refuse to work. You COULD export/import, but that would probably... be very bad for your machine.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. ![]() |
Why is it impossible to just activate it online using someone else's serial no.? I bet you'd be able to do it because it's probably not popular software, the serial number you'd be using probably hasn't been used in activation that many times, if at all. I doubt only one activation is allowed per serial number, since obviously it may come up that the user has to install it multiple times.
I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
