creatine
what do you guys think of creatine? It's supposedly a phosphate group of ADP that aids in muscle building. My friends are all saying it's safe an effective, but I'm still a bit weary. Does anyone have, or know of any negative effects of creatine? or long term complications. thanks guys.

There have been some minute rumblings, but all-in-all, it isn't horrid. Basically it helps you gain muscle mass. But if you stop working out, this'll turn to flab pretty quick. I used it a bit when I was 16-18, and it helped me build my chest up pretty nice. I still have the muscle with me today, in fact.
It'll help, but be sure you stay active and help it stick. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
