Lol that's the funniest thing I've heard. But like you're saying, it bugs her, but she doesn't really base her whole opinion on his stench... while this is true for some, based on looks.

I tend to work out at least 3-4 days a week. I try to work-out my entire body, not just concentrating on my biceps, but everything. Normally, I'd start off by working on my abs, and then proceed to carrying out my other assigned work-out routines of the day.
But for statistics, based on latest events, I can lift the following: Bench: 235 Squat: 280 I usually curl 60, but that'll be changing soon. I also try to work-out my legs daily, either lifting/pushing weight or just running a mile. I usually do push-ups and crunches on my 'off days' or when I was unable to work-out, just to keep the muscles up to date. I'm pleased with the results and strive to improve in time. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
Right now my main focus is losing some weight, not improving my biceps or triceps, I just started a routine not that long ago, Im using the staircase in our building for excersize, Im up to five floors each day now, Im also doing some workouts following some of richard simmons dvds, all in all its working out fine, Im already starting to feel lighter.
I was speaking idiomatically. |

Day one: Biceps, Back, Abs, Cheast Day Two: Triceps, Lats, Abs again Cheast some more Day Three: Cardio, Legs, Biceps... & anything else I feel like I need to What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? ![]() |
