It was mostly cloudy here, but there were enough gaps that I got a good view and some good photographs of the totality of the eclipse. The only downside was the intense skyglow from the nearby cities lighting up the clouds and my surroundings.

I don't have a telephoto lens, but I do have a tripod.

EDIT: yarr, I'll post up a few of my pics soon :3 EDIT2: boo, this is a rather stinky pic. For a focal length of 300mm on a nice DSLR I didn't get a very nice result. I blame light pollution D:  There's nowhere I can't reach.  oh my gawddd

Its currently raining outside so no eclipse for me.

I was busy studying for two morning exams and forgot to check outside tonight and completely forgot about the eclipse. That sucked until I looked a few minutes ago and the saw that the sky is nothing but clouds anyway. Nice pics, Naz!

I have been hearing about this for a while now, and I was sort of looking forward to seeing the moon being covered, and then BOOM, the most intense Thunderstorm we have had for the past 6 months. >3<
