Actually, DB does this a lot, and the only show that it has an effect on is Genshiken 2, which has only one episode left to sub (episode 12, which aired two days ago).

Bleach and Naruto, the two other shows that they're "refusing to sub," are on hiatus until mid-January on Japanese television. Can't sub what isn't there.

Don't know what they're planning on doing with that last Genshiken episode, but my guess is someone on their fansub staff is MIA. That or they just want to be jerks and hold onto the final episode for a bit.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

In the end, they were all talk when they released it this earrrly in the morning. But back to the show, It was alright the way it ended. They all got their jobs and from there , you can either leave it alone or make more stories afterwards. Which is why Shimoku Kio is working on a spinoff instead.

Glad to know genshiken is still alive--somewhat.

How ya doing, buddy?

(DB subbed an' all)

The story totaly just stops and throws the Sasuhara[x]Ouige angle out the window, the wost part was they totaly acknowlaged it too in ep 11, bastards, worthless anoying Moe bastards.

I wouldn't say it's thrown out of the window, I mean she like ran out of the shower all naked just to get his call. And then since she asked him for help and all. It's just that we didn't get to see anything ourselves I guess.

I usually don't like open endings, and I can't really say I liked this one neither. They're probably leaving up some space for OVAs like they did with the first season. Hopefully we'll get to see what really happens with Sasa x Ogi in a future OVA cause I feel that was one of the things you were waiting for at the end.

I was speaking idiomatically.

Well, given that they droped so many damn hints about the deal it felt, and I profusely appolgize about this anology given how this series was, like there was no Climax.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

If you read the manga, you'd feel the same way. Volume 9, the last volume, really didn't have much to it. It was a good volume, don't get me wrong, but it didn't seem like the last volume of a series.

And now, for the end result of allowing your anime club to watch Genshiken and Gurren Lagann at the same time.
