I often have recurring dreams involving plane crashes. I'm very scared of getting into a plane crash, and they seem to pop up every so often in my dreams. Just the other night I dreamt that a plane crashed in my hometown in the shopping district.

A few months back I dreamt a plane crashed into my friend Ryan's house, who lives 2 streets away from me.

Before that I dreamt a plane crashed into a stadium full of people, and it showed instant replays of the people getting maimed by the engines.

The first plane crash dream I can recall was this one I posted on the previous page-

The weirdest dream I've ever had was one without images... Let me try to explain.

Imagine yourself in an ocean, but on the depts. You are surrounded by fish, lots of fish that are swimming all around you. These fish collide with each other from time to time and when they do, a new fish is created so there are 3 fish swimming from the collission.

Well, that's what I dreamt... only that instead of fishes it was sound. It was a crazy dream where I felt surrounded by music. The music collided with each oher creating a new sound and the 2 previous sounds. I heard LOTS of sounds at the same time and I did not see anything. It was a pure acoustic dream (the only one I've had of this kind). It was awesome.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I enjoy dreaming and I have had some pretty weird ones. I had one that repeated a few times in a couple of years that I entitled "Dark Night" It involved people having to contain themselves in a room or space and lay claim to it before the spirits and ghosts of the past came out and haunted the cntire area. I, however, was late coming back from a friends place and could not claim a place... I had to avoid and confront ghosts from the past and whatnot.... actually very creepy....

I usually don't dream, but when I do, something's always trying to kill me. It sucks. ;_;

I remember one particular dream that I kept waking up and falling back into. Those suck most of all. I was being chased through the woods by some kind of fucked up Jason monster. The hockey mask had a crazy skull mouth thing instead of the holes, and he'd always let out a scary wail like Leatherface in the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre. And he ran too.

So I come out into this sort of clearing with almost strategically placed bushes everywhere and there's a run-down trailer that I run to. I hide in the bushes next to it and wait for Jason to give up and run off and I head into the trailer. Suddenly I'm with people that I've never seen before, but somehow I know them and I'm being led down a hallway by Baby (I think that's her name) from Devil's Rejects. We're all being led to their dungeon or basement where they keep people their gonna kill later. I pass Otis and he gives me a look and taunts me in his fucked up Otis way, then Baby joins in and I catch her off guard by punching her in the face and I run outside, leaving everyone behind.

At this point I wake up, going wtf, fall back asleep, and I'm back in the woods being chased by Jason. I come back to the trailer and hide in the bushes again, but this time I don't go in. When Jason leaves, I start sneaking around. I think I was trying to get the people I left behind out. I look in a window and Captain Spaulding is sitting in one of those fuzzy redneck chairs, without his clown makeup, watching TV. Suddenly I've got my CO2 powered airsoft gun, and I aim at his head. I guess I thought it would kill him or something. I pull the trigger, but my clip is empty, so I basically just alerted him to my location. He looks at me and scowls, then he calls Otis and Baby and grabs a shotgun, and I run off again and wake up.

There's another one I've been having lately with this older woman who's trying to kill me in my house, so I grab a letter opener and a pair of scissors to defend myself. For whatever reason, she stoops down a little and starts talking, so I stab her in the neck a few times with the scissors. Weird shit.

I have a reoccuring dream that I get maybe once every 1-2 months, which is pretty often. I get it like maybe 10 times a year.

But I am back in high school, and one of the following things happens:

I am back in a Literature class that I took my senior year, and it was a very difficult class. I always stressed out over it, because I had very good grades, except for that class. Anyway, I always stressed out about going to class because I never did the work, because for whatever reason(my stupidity) I neglected that class for 2 quarters of the year, and got myself in hot water. So I had to work my ass off for the 2nd half of the year to get myself up to a respectable grade.

Well, in my HS dreams I am often back in that class, and he asks for homework, and I didn't do it. Then he calls on random people in the class to go up to the front and read their papers to the class. I am extremely nervous, and hoping he doesn't call on me.

My other dreams consist of different things from HS, and I get them all the time for whatever reason. Maybe it's because I hated HS, and it stressed me out, and I counted the days until I graduated since day one of freshman year.

Once I had a dream I got shot in the back of the head. I was in an elevator and someone behind me shot me and as soon as I felt the bullet go through my brain, I woke up. I was a spy and got caught (it was a long dream)

Another time I dreamed a friend of mine was a surrogate parent for her parent's kid. Instead it was born prematurely and it was still a fetus but they kept on insisting it was ok. One of the grosser of my dreams, they kept cuddling the fetus and carried it around in a jar full of water.

I've had dreams where I'm hurt or dying before, but the one injury-related dream I have many times involve my teeth. For some reason I keep dreaming that my teeth are stuck together (as if glued or something). I try opening my mouth as hard as I can to pry it open. Eventually I suceed, but end up shattering all of my teeth, or prying them clean off my mouth. It's a freaky dream, especially since I can feel the pain (or imagine it). I always wake up in a hurry and check each and every tooth.

Aah what a painful dream. Good thing your teeth are always intact

I had the strangest and scariest dream of my life last night. None of this sleep paralysis rubbish that always bothers me. I have never done drugs and never plan to, and I don't know what events in my day yesterday had influenced this, but I dreamt that I had $50.00 (yes only and exactly $50.00, complete with price tag) worth of Cocaine (or some other drug) in my possession.
Apparently I had bought this plastic bag of cocaine from some resort place and I thought: "Oh I really need $50 (I'm broke in real life) so I'd rather sell it to the store instead of just saying I found it and turning it in to the police station." The whole thing turned into a heist flick of some sort and I was running away with two older male accomplices like those you would see in an old flick. I was walking out of the downtown mall and I was so scared that the police were watching me. For some reason, there's a bunch of cops at each exit and I ran my fastest to cross the street when the light turned green. Then I was on a boat/inflatable raft near a university and then police were patrolling the seas. I kept thinking: "How am I going to sell this cocaine if I can't get to the store?" and at the same time I thought: "Um.....what kind of store buys cocaine? Why did I buy this in the first place?" I was so scared that if I ditched it anywhere they'd look up my fingerprints and trace it back to me. I also thought: "Does cocaine dissolve in water?", and "How am I going to get rid of the bag? They'll check the garbage." The boat in front of us capsized and suspicion was drawn to me. My accomplices were on other boats. These two tough guys had whips and then were trying to herd us somewhere. I end up in front of my old school and I wasn't worried about the cocaine anymore. but I lifted the boat that I was on and threw it at the guys and I don't remember the rest.

Pretty random huh?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I usually get the most fucked up dreams ever. I have no idea, but I enjoy them a whole lot. There was this one time I dreamt I was in the old Wild West, where I was a sheriff in some town, and I was in a gunfight with some stranger, and we fighting on top of a moving freight train, it was going well until suddenly this mysterious white glowing figure appears in the distance. I had no idea what to make of it, so I woke up then because it kinda freaked me out.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I just had a weird dream last night:
Quote:
So my parents and I were at Target and they wanted to get something (I don't remember what it was) and this chinese lady was being a total bitch by intentionally pushing us when she walked by. The first time she did it, I just shrugged it off, thinking she was having a bad day or something. But she kept coming back and pushing us. Her kid would also tag along and curse at us when he walks by. After the third time, I finally walk up to her and ask her "Why do you keep following us?! What's your fucking problem." She flips out and rips off my jacket and stomps on it, screaming obscenities. Security personell arrived and escorted her out of the building.

Half an hour later, we leave and head to our car. Before we could get to our car, the chinese lady pops out from behind on of the parked cars and starts chasing us. She was weilding a large kitchen knife and was yelling at us. My dad tells me and my mom to get inside the car. I jump in and lock the car. The chinese lady's boy jumps on my mom and tries to bite her head, but she throws him onto the ground and then my dad picks him up and then slams him into the cardoor.
That's when my dream ended. Call me crazy, but could the reason I had this dream have been the fact that i had chinese food last night?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I have a lot of crazy dreams, however I never have a dream about meeting a "dream guy" and such. My dreams involve killing things, or being chased by something, or some kind of Die Hard movie type dream. Last night was a pretty fucked up one, I dreamt I was at a pub I never go to but somehow I was in there and the interior was like my Nana and Grandad's 50th Wedding Anniversary party that I went to last week. Anyway the dream was playing like what was really happening and then some crazy fucked up alternate dimension where everyone at the party got slaughtered by some evil monster. Then I was trying to get home on the bus near my school and each bus kept like going the completely wrong route and I had to keep jumping off and catching a new one and none of them were going where they should've. So I just stressed out and decided to walk home but I was completely lost. Then I rang home to see if someone could give me a lift and then I woke up to the phone ringing. My dreams always seem to end with how i'm woken up.

I recently had a dream that my good friend Evan was on an adventure. I can't remember if I was watching the adventure unfold in the form of a movie or a video game, but I definitely watched him and helped him advance. I remember the last scene/level was him in an fast flowing river inside of a mountain, jumping from log to log trying to make it to the top. When he reached the top, I saw the words The End and woke up.

I think its the first time I've ever had a dream with a three-act structure.

I was at the mall with my 5th grade class and teacher playing frisbee while Peter Pan flew around at the top of the ceiling. Then he did his little sprinkling thing and turned everything blue. I stood and watched and the frisbee flew to my head and I got knocked out. When I woke up I reappeared 10 years later on my couch watching Hook on TV. (At that time I thought my dream was over)

Then Hook came out of the TV and I don't really remember the rest.
It was really odd.

My weirdest dream that I can remember was me on a motorcycle driving on a rainbow with all the clouds passing by . . . I was very young at the time. Oh wait . . . there was also another dream where my current gf killed me for some unknown reason. That one was always unsettling.

Although lately, I've been having a lot of dreams where I have to fight for my life . . . I think I've only won against my opponents once. Anyways, the one dream that comes to mind is the one where I'm against terrorists and I have a family. I'm in some large auditorium with my wife and my kid . . . Dunno if boy or girl but anyways these terrorists burst into the place. I pull off a few moves taking down some of the terrorists and try hustling my wife and kid out of the place. I turn around and there's a punch heading for my head and then I woke up.

Most of my dreams usually end up with my death, followed by my watching over the aftermath of my death. Usually I die attempting to save friends lives, or in reaction to the death of a friend/friends.

Usually, when I die, I know my dream is about 1/2 to 3/4 over. This point is also the most calming part of my dream. The only reason I can attribute to this is that I always want to know what happens next. Not necessarily the afterlife, but what happens after I (presumably) am gone? I don't know why my friends are always dying though.

The second category of my dreams are the ones relating to a girl. Its NEVER the same girl, and with only 1 or 2 exceptions ever, its never a girl I know. Its always some nameless beauty with a smile and a sense of humor that happens to work her way into my life, usually following me around and asking me a lot of questions (just random conversation really). In some of the dreams, I'll wake up to find the girl (who I still don't know) in my room when I wake up.

The rest of my dreams are warped versions of whatever video game I spent too much time playing that week.

I love dreaming, because even though my dreams can be categorised easily, they're always interesting and have some twist to them that makes each one magical.

You know what dreams are the worst? The ones that occur when you're half-awake, thus they feel more real to you.

This happened to me last night, while tossing and turning, unable to sleep. I had a mid-dream where the floor began to shake, and my TV (which faces my bed from the front) morphed into a giant cannon. The cannon was pointing right at me, and begun to charge up.

In a panic, I literally jumped out of my bed and dropped to the floor, covering my head. After a bit, I wised up and went back to sleep. Damn that was embarrasing.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I once had a dream that I lived with the Gundam Wing boys. I think I was in a relationship with Hiro (sp? sorry), but somehow I got pregnant by Quatra. I think. It was a while ago.

About two nights ago, I had a dream that I was traveling with Kenshin Himura, but not in Japan, but modern day America. I remember being really afraid for him. That's what I get for reading manga right before bed!

Weird, complicated dreams are my specialty. I don't want to get into those, though. oO;

Ok, really weird dream . . . But I can't really describe it that well . . .

First I got a job as Coke dispenser . . . for soda, not drugs and then I got a job as a producer for short films . . . For some strange reason, the HQ for both jobs was at my old high school and when I come up to the main floor, I see my gf and various other ppl there. Kissed my gf and then I go to the gym and then I see the band and a whole bunch of random ppl that I know playing . . . And then I write stuff on the ground with a pink highlighter, And the principal is Skinner from the simpsons . . . and then it ends there.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Flying guys, flying. Next time you have a dream just jump off a cliff/building/mountain. Its incredible, especially when you're swooping around or drop through some clouds and free fall for a while.

On a side note, I'm always curious to the degree of control anyone else has in a dream? Can anyone else do whatever they want in a dream or does it just play out and you have no choice as to what happens?

Well I don't think I have much control, but things around me affect the dream. One time, the smoke detector in my house went off, and I heard it in my dream and thought it was a car alarm going off.

I took a 2 1/2 hour nap this afternoon. In it, I dreamed that I was eating cold pizza, in my darkened kitchen, while the theme song from "Welcome Back Kotter" was mysteriously playing all around me.

I have no idea what the fuck that was all about, but it was sorta cool because that's a really catchy tune.

There was no flapping, just catching drafts and staying aloft. I ended up flying outside the city limits and lost my draft and couldn't figure out how I actually started doing it in the first place, so I just wandered around through the town to a specific area I was told NOT to go, and almost ended up getting killed by stepping inbetween warring gangs. I somehow ended up in a random building with an elementary school classmate I haven't seen for at least 8 years. This wasn't the first time I'd had a dream in that fantasy-constructed LA, I've had numerous dreams that have taken place there.

However, that brings up another question. Has anyone else had recurring dream locations? I've had dreams that took place in the same area before, like a modified version of a mall or a theme park or something like that. The events are always different, sometimes there's different people, too, but the location is the same.
