Sleeping Disorders/Problems and Solutions.

Everybody needs sleep. Some less than others, but do any of you have any problems getting to sleep sometimes?

I actually fall asleep pretty well but it's just on night like tonight when there's a full moon I just can't get to sleep. Does anybody else have the same problem like this? I've pretty much had this problem as long as I can remember and I have yet to find anything to help me with it.

So, what kind of problem do you have getting to sleep and if you have any, how about any solutions you might have.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

A WEREWOLF! lol, can't say I've even heard of such a problem. I have sleeping problems, but it's on a constant basis. My whole internal clock is screwed up because I sleep at 3AM.

No solutions yet, excluding drugs which are bad for you. Getting drunk works though, puts me to sleep easily. But you become an alcoholic.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
