Lucky Number Slevin

As you may or may not know, this film's coming out this week. A crime caper with Josh Hartnett, Bruce Willis, Lucy Liu, Morgan Freeman, and Ben Kingsley, Hartnett plays Slevin who gets caught up in a case of mistaken identity. Apparently,
Spoiler:
there's a twist.

Looking forward to this film a whole lot. Downside? Same director as Wicker Park.

The theme "Kansas City Shuffle" is real catchy. Anyone got the file by any chance?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I really wanna see this too, one day I was just checking out some trailers and apple.come and saw this, I was like "wtf another Bruce Willis movie! sweet!". Plus having Freeman, and Kingsley is awesome and I think Hartnett is pretty cool.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Crikey, this has only just come out in America? Thats unusual that it was out in the UK a good couple of months beforehand.

Anywho, I thought it was a great film and quite stylish in parts. Of course though, I won't give to much away.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Yeah I saw this about a month or 2 ago, but it was a great film. It keeps you on edge and has some pretty funny parts too. I would say for anyone to go and see this, it was really damn good

I'll see it for Bruce Willis alone. He doesn't die in the movie, does he? He's a heart throb ♥

I was speaking idiomatically.

As a little trivia tidbit, Chris Roberts - the creator of Wing Commander - is one of the Executive Producers of this movie

Looks like a movie with some serious promise, but I will likely wait until it comes out on DVD to watch it. So much easier to have it rented and sent to my apartment for me than to muster up the strength and courage to brave the mall and the hordes of pre-teen rebel-wannabe kids in a college town.

Just saw the movie.

Spoiler:
Not as good as I was hoping for, but it's still not bad. It's more in the vain of Layer Cake than Snatch and Lock Stock with more focus on seriousness than chaotic comedy.

Overall, Hartnett didn't impress me, Lucy Liu was so-so, I thought Kingsley accent was a joke, though Morgan Freeman was alright.

As for Bruce Willis, he was ok in his role, but he was cruising a bit too much for my tastes as he can definitely play these tough guy roles a lot better. Jean Reno in Leon the Professional was way more impressive.

All in all, more comedy would have been nice, and how it all unfolded wasn't nearly as clever as it could have been.
