Here's the thing, if Roll20 has support for a coordinates overlay I can't find it. So I'll just slap something on with the draw tools and figure out something more elegant later.

Ah, ok. It's not like it's that big of a thing, and I didn't know you had also changed the tool you use to make the maps.

So before this you used *gasp* Maptool to make the maps?

So my options here are slightly limited. I don't remember. Am i allowed to attack diagonally? (And that would provoke attacks of opportunity, yes?

Oh wait! The row of 3 squares to the NE, N, and NW of me: are those walls or openings to move outside?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Well uh admittedly those look like windows but I already said there weren't any more windows. So, walls.

Yes, you can attack on the diagonal, no that doesn't provoke AOO.

Sousuke, the +acc comes from the specific weapon. Some of them (like your melee, for example) have bonuses to accuracy so you add that on top of everything.

Fuck, man, I'm gonna fail a roll to remember to breathe here and asphyxiate in the back at this rate.

Does my +5 physical resist apply to that blunderbuss barrage? 'Cause if it does and I actually only take 7 damage from it, I'd like to hang on to second wind for now.

Aw, dang. Yeah, you and Nutty are both owed 5 HP. Fixed. Feel free to call me out if I fuck up again, guys.

OK, a little refresher on death & dying!

If you're familiar with 4E rules, the only real change is that stabilizing the dying is a Science check rather than a Heal check. Also, you can't spring to your feet on a natural 20 anymore.

For those of you that need the full explanation:

Characters don't die at 0 HP, they die at the negative version of their second wind value. Squeeze, for example, will die if he reaches -13 HP.

He can also die if he fails his death saving throws. When you're unconscious, all you can really do is lie there and try to not die. So, and the end of Squeeze's turn, he makes a saving throw. If he succeeds (10+) he doesn't get any worse. If he fails (9-) he gets one step closer to death. If he fails three times before either someone helps him or the fight ends, he's kaput.

If your allies have a healing ability of some kind (passing unlikely in Gamma World) then they can maybe wake you up. Failing that, they can use SCIENCE! to stabilize your condition (The difficulty is 15, standard action). They won't heal up, but it removes the chance of them bleeding out from failed saving throws.

I'm staying out of the scheming thread but unfortunately snippets do pop up on the frontpage ticker so you might want to use some garbage text to avoid having your secret secrets broadcasted.

This may have already been covered, but how do we go about using the Bobcat as a weapon? I'm assuming one of us would move into the drivers seat (maybe sitting on/in Squeeze), and roll a mechanics check. How would we roll for damage? How much damage can it do, and the range?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Well, first, vis-a-vis Squeeze, nobody's "in" the Bobcat right now, there's just some square overlap afoot. You might potentially run him over, I suppose.

Rules-wise, lemme grab the vehicles supplement, here.

Ok, you get in there with a move action, that's pretty straightforward. On the turn you get in the driver's seat you can hit the ignition and move it up to half speed as part of getting behind the wheel. Following turns it can go full speed. As long as the vehicle is running you have to dedicate a move action to steering or it goes out of control.

Now, damage. Reckon the Bobcat is more-or-less truck-sized, so let's see. Being run over by a Huge vehicle: 4d8 physical damage.

The Bobcat's top speed is 4. It can only hold one occupant (though I suppose others could cling to the exterior). If it matters, the Bobcat can take about 60 HP of damage before it's un-drivable, so try not to smash it into too many buildings.

As for the shovel I don't think it moves fast enough to really hurt anybody, but you can try to scoop somebody up and carry/toss them as though it were a heavy-two handed melee weapon, I suppose. Attack their Reflex. Let's say the range on that is 2 squares.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

How many of the enemies are currently inside and available to be run over; just the Warhogs? If we were to run over the Warhogs and position the Bobcat in front of the window, would that block it and prevent more enemies from coming in that entrance?

Also, it sounds like everything you described is a move action (I'm assuming since we already know how to work it now). Does this mean I could still get behind the wheel, move it, and still get a standard action/attack?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Well, none of the baddies are inside right now. The Bobcat is probably big enough to block either the windows or the doors but not both. If you want to run anyone over you'll probably have to lure them in or get the Bobcat outside (since it can't quite make it over the window ledge, you'll have to go out the door).

And yeah, steering a vehicle is almost always going to be a move action, so you can drive and also get an attack in if you like.

Since a lot of these structures kind of look the same on this map, are the openings as follows?

Windows: C/D5 C/D6
Door: D4

Hey Pang, does my Headmount laser secondary attack only occur if the primary attack misses?

That seems to be what the card says, but I'm not 100% sure.

Also: What is the penalty for using a ranged attack within melee range?

Yeah, the secondary only triggers on a miss.

Using a ranged attack if an enemy is adjacent will trigger an attack of opportunity from said enemy.

Yeah, you can share a square with an unconscious guy (your origin crit bonuses don't apply until level 2 and/or 6 respectively).
