How to rip IMT Files from PSX games

I think this thread belongs here, correct me if I'm wrong
I recentlu downloaded a japanese game that have this files and are art/image files that I want to rip to a know format
The point is that I haven't found a way to rip them, I don't know if there's some tools that I can use except from TIm viewer, psm play, and XnView

Hope that somebody can help, in the meantime i'll use the printscreen-pasteinpaint technique using a psx emulator

Thanks in advance

On a similar note, is there an easy way to rip sound effects from a game with no sound test option? Specifically, all the baseball related ones from Rival Schools.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
