Windows Blinds

To anyone who uses Windows Blinds, I downloaded a skin called Arrow and here's a screenshot of it: http://www.wincustomize.com/Preview....14/wb/5347.jpg

When I loaded it, the windows don't have the transparency as shown in the screenshots. I have another skin that has transparency so I know that I am able to do it. Any ideas on what's wrong?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

It was probably made for use on Windowblinds 4.5. Check if it has another color scheme that uses the transparency.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

IDK, when I normally download skin... a thing pops out on tool bar and asks me to click on it. When I do it it goes "please wait" and changes the skin.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
