Come on, for a next-gen I would expect twice this list, but this is all quality so I cannot complain.

And for those of us who already got anything there worthwhile, its no big deal.
Sonic Mega Collection has a bunch of those, and if any of us really wanted any of the titles there, we'd have them already. You honestly want three Golden Axe games? This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. ![]() |
Oh lawd, watch them remove Streets of Rage again for a T rating.
I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? ![]() |
Aren't there supposed to be some bonus games they haven't announced yet? Perhaps things we haven't seen a zillion times before in previous collections?
I was speaking idiomatically. |
No Toe Jam & Earl? No Earthworm Jim? No Landstalker?
Massive FAIL How ya doing, buddy? |
Not a bad collection, certainly not "ultimate" for some folks. I gather it might be because of licensing or oversight at this point. No Sega collection would be ultimate to me without Gunstar Heroes, but this is still potentially cool depending on how they handle the release.
FELIPE NO ![]() |
What's the betting the achievement list involves finishing every single game in the collection without dying or something equally ridiculous?
It's not a bad collection by any means and depending on how it's priced I might pick it up. There's a few things on there I'd be interested in revisiting and I'm sure there are enough to make it more worthwhile getting this than paying for the XBLA versions. I could always just download the emulated ROMs I suppose but it's just not the same is it. It would mean I have about 4 different versions of Sonic knocking about though. What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? ![]() |
I'm glad I never bought any genesis games on the virtual console. Honestly, the virtual console is a huge ripoff to me when it comes to anything but n64 games. To buy 4 of those games off that list on the virtual console would be 32 dollars which would buy you this collection of 30 plus games. Of course some of it is crap, but it's still not a bad deal.

Who cares? They can't throw around the word "ultimate" and then fail to include Earthworm Jim. It's strictly principle.
I was speaking idiomatically. |
Crash missed the portion where it reads "Sega" in the title. Apply a little blind principle... Crash talking on the internet again. Just leave it be, Ozzie.
What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? ![]() |
Earthworm Jim was available for the Sega Genesis. I believe that is enough of a connection for anybody. It is a standard of the English language; you do not use the word "ultimate" and fail to deliver an experience which can immediately be proven inferior.
(I just want Earthworm Jim. Is that so blatantly wrong? But my point on Toe Jam & Earl definitely stands here. Why the hell was that one omitted?) How ya doing, buddy? |
Look, Crash, you were done the moment you uttered "principle." I know, without your explanation, what you were getting at. I'm pointing out that you look stupid for doing so. You're smart enough to know "Sega" meant "their properties" as far as "Ultimate" experience goes.
This is me saying "you're not clever." Yeah, Earthworm Jim wasn't in it. Sega probably can't put it in because of licensing deals. There's someone out there saying that "John Madden Football" or any other awesome Sega Sports titles aren't in this game and thus this is not an "ultimate collection" and they'd have more of an argument than you do right now... if your comment were even meant to be taken that seriously. If I have to take a page from Pang's book: Don't. What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? ![]() |
Don't what? Object to them not including a damn good game in an otherwise lackluster (seen it before) collection? Can we be real here.
In fact, this more or less looks like the Sega Genesis Collection for the PS2/PSP but with a few more EDIT: LMAO it is the SGC with a game or two added. See for yourself. Also, lol. "Crash I see what you're saying but u = stupid lololol". For the love of god, Rotor. Jam it back in, in the dark. ![]() #654: Braixen

Oh for fuck's sake is it that hard to understand the distinction between "Sega properties" and "games that have appeared on Sega consoles"?
Final Fantasy IV was pretty good on the SNES guys I guess we'd better put Golbez in the next Smash Brothers (Except that could actually happen since Nintendo has some clout unlike Sega ha ha!) There's nowhere I can't reach. ![]()

Reason: It is possible that I'm just blindly stumbling into whatever gayass hate/love affair you're having with Rotor, though

(If only Nintendo could use that clout to get good games! Haha!) This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. ![]() #654: Braixen |
But one of the composers of Brawl worked on Xenogears so maybe we will get Citan as a downloadable character or at least Sora because he's still Squaresoft

Waiting for Tails in "Meet the Faggot" in Team Fortress 2.

But I heard the release date for that is like 2012 or something. ![]() What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? ![]() #654: Braixen |
Oh I think that might be it I am just kind of wildly guessing here though Admittedly it is kind of a stupid misleading title for the collection but did anybody think for a second they were going to round up every fucking game that ever got pressed onto a Genesis cart Haunting starring Polterguy, fuck yeah, I can't wait Most amazing jew boots ![]() |
