Picture edit request.
Basicly I am creating a ( VERY amature ) story board that involves cats. Basicly there are several different types of cats involved in various activitys. pretty much this video is for private home viewing but I would be happy to share once it is complete.
I already have 2 previous videos but they are full of misstakes, poor editing etc , however are fun to watch. One of the main characters is a cat I ran across on a lolcats site. Well I tried in PSP to do this but was unable to. I would like to basicly give my cat the big nose that serious cat has. The eyes already seem beady enough to be left alone. Any help would be very nice and thank you. Most amazing jew boots |
Done with Photoshop on a Liquefy filter.
Three questions: 1. Which cat? 2. How big? 3. This ok? ![]() There's nowhere I can't reach. |
Which Cat: The one with the pulsating nose.
I was hoping for the nose to be bigger and stationary as far as the other cat ( my 10 year old ) don't care what happends to her, she's of no importance. I thought this pic would be good because of her eyes, however I have one that may be more suited with out her eyes looking squinty, I just noticed they seemed to edit the eyes on serious cat. Basicly I am looking for the white cat to look pretty much like the serious cat. Thanks How ya doing, buddy? |
If you want to just make the nose bigger, the Warp Brush for Paint Shop Pro will basically do what I did with Liquefy.
If you want to outright copy seriouscat's nose, then you'll have to use the Clone Brush instead. Here is something I whipped up using the second method. I'm not so good at color matching ![]() ![]() I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?

This is much closer to what I was pictureing in my head. I'm not sure if out right copying serious cats nose would do the trick but we could try..
I am thinking a little bigger on the nose and possibly making the eyes slightly smaller. What do you think about that>>? Thanks I was speaking idiomatically. |
For more fine tuning, the people from the Cafe proper could probably help you more.
Here is the PSD file I used for the second picture. It basically plasters seriouscat's nose on this cat's nose. Since you're the final arbiter however, I suggest you just play with the warp tool on Paint Shop Pro (I assume it has no problems importing PSD files...) What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
Thanks, This does not look bad at all,
I was hoping for the same exact style nose as serious cat , big fat and plump and perhaps somewhat beady eyes ( on the one with her alone ) I gotta admit you gave me a laugh when I saw her nose pulsating like that. if any one else can get her nose on its own to be bigger like serious cats and make her eyes a little more beady I would be most greatfull.
