The forum is back for good?

I haven't visit the forums since march 2, 2008 as it says at the top, anyways, what happen to the forum, because i notice this forum has a habbit of dying then coming back.

What happen?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

The thing will probably go down again sometime soon. I wouldn't put too much effort into posting often if I were you, it'll all be for naught anyway.
