Hmm...so is this series Widescreen or 4:3? Not that I should be making guesses based on that, but still.
Based on the content of this picture and the fact that the last picture was widescreen, my random guess would have to be Hayate no Gotoku! though I haven't watched it yet and only have a faint idea of what's going on. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |

Well there was that girl with green hair in Dear S that comes to mind. She had a collar though and since you can't see the neck in that shot I'm not sure. I didn't watch too much of Dear S though.

Actually, a reason people aren't getting this title is probably because only one episode was released, don't know if it's the only episode, or no fansubbers have captured the rest. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
