I wonder if Dedede spits them out as projectiles instead? maybe he can spit them out a certain distance before they can regain control so you can damage them and opponents

Anyone else disappointed with the Metroid stages so far? And, of all the beautiful locales that Retro Studios created with the Prime series, why the Frigate Orpheon? Why not Chozo Ruins? Or, Phendrana Drifts, Sanctuary Fortress, Sky Town...

I'm also disappointed, I mean why is the stage inside the ship, and not outside, like the multiplayer level in MP2:Echoes (where you could see Talon IV). Chozo Ruins would be awesome, but inside the frigate , the Parasite Queen is supposed to be dead :P

A good stage would be Dark Aether, having the light crystals, if you get out of their range you are damaged by the atmosphere. (hehehe daydreaming again :P)

Eh, at least I got to find out what Lucas' Side Smash was (it's a stick.). xD

Edit: It at least looks like Lucas smashes with a stick... (Kind of hard to tell though. -_- Could anyone try to get a good pic, please?)

Yeah, I can tell just by looking at the video. The Adventure Mode will be really hectic. Just trying to get to the end of the stage. I just hope that you can use your Final Smashes to plow through in each stage.

It'd be awesome if Nintendo expanded the Subspace Emissary adventure mode into an entire game. Though, knowing Sakurai, this likely is an entire game within Brawl.

Well, Miyamoto made a comment earlier this year saying that they weren't happy with the results of outsourcing Star Fox and F-Zero (it wasn't clarified if that was due to low sales or the actual quality of the product, though). I hope Nintendo starts to re-focus on doing some of their typically outsourced IPs into in-house productions this gen.

Edit: Just want to point out that the trailer is likely the trailer Nintendo will have on-hand at this weekend's Jump Festa expo in Tokyo, Japan. Smash Bros. Brawl is going to be playable there, and it's the first time the Japanese public will have the opportunity to try out the game.

Did you see the Jedi subspace guy? And Lucas is not using a bat, still hoping Ness returns. I liked the video, but not the music, at least not when the chorus start

And F-Zero GX was awesome, but the Story mode should be expanded, it was like:
"Capt. Falcon is having problems and he needs to reach the other side of the track before midnight" Mission: Finish the track in less than 5 minutes. XD

But the tracks, the music (Green Plant's music should be in Brawl) and the pilots (new and old) are great. Even when they look to strange outside their vehicles.

Yes, that indeed was. To this day. I still can't get enough of that main theme lol. And come January. I bet that Brawl will be the next full-game demo, following Mario Galaxy.

Well, I really do love Super Smash Brothers. It’s a great series…but, Nintendo hasn’t asked me yet if they can use Mega Man in their game. I’m still waiting…we have a little bit of time left, it’s not coming out for another few months. They might get around to asking us if we’d like to put Mega Man in Super Smash Brothers. Maybe if somebody from Nintendo is listening to this podcast, they’ll give me a call.
