Well, it seems either this screen is too hard or people have simply lost interest in the thread. Either way, here's a hint: excessive fanservice.

i'm gonna guess DearS, that was my 2nd choice. lots of fanservice, weird enough that it's possible to have that striped cat in it, and they had a tank of some sort also. if not then i'm out of ideas

I am going to take a stab at Elfen Lied, since "purple-haired loli" reminded me of Lucy. Also, your picture reminds of a lab of sorts, which is also present in EL.
