OK, here's an obscure one that I used to love even though it would make most people's brains explode:
 Sorry for the low quality screenshot, I can't find my copy of the game to get a screencap from. Edit: OK, guess not many people know this one. Here's a couple more screenshots to help jog people's memories, the last one will either make you recognize it easily or confuse you hopelessly.   Another hint: the game recently received a sequel on the PSP in Japan. Jam it back in, in the dark.

Well that confirms it, Carnage Heart!
I looked up the name before, but the screens I saw showed the wrong type of radar so I didn't think it could be that. I guess they were from the PSP version after all. Most amazing jew boots  |

You are correct, it is indeed Carnage Heart. One of the most interesting and unique games I've played, and yes the PSP game has a pretty different interface. Hope it gets a domestic release.

The opposite for me, although I pretty much looked into most of the Miller bros. games a few years back.
