Stupid start bar gone

Aw jesus, right after I scan my PC with Spy Doctor, and delted viruses, it made my PC reboot. After that, my FUCKING START BAR IS GONE. I google and all I ever found was that type HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\StuckRects .

I have no fucking idea what that means. And NO my fucking bar isn't minimized.

Help ASAP

EDIT: Another problemo, after like 20 min, it reapears, but when I turn it off and turn it back on. I need to wait for like another 20 min. Everything else on my PC is fine.

It is wholely possible that when you selected to delete viruses that it deleted an important file that actually makes things work.

Try this: Right after your PC boots up, hit ctrl+alt+delete and tell us all what you see in the processes tab. Additionally, try File->New Task->explorer.exe.
