Problem to Restore Windows

Please Could someone help me,

wenn I try to open the program to restore the windows I become
a problem with "rstrui.exe" because C:\WINDOWS\system32\hlink.dll
and I can´t start it.

any help is very welcome

Assuming I made proper sense of your post--please try to be clearer in the future--you might be helped by this. rstrui.exe issues are usually weird; disabling/re-enabling system restore usually fixes them.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to restore from a previous restore point, because they will be erased when you disable system restore.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I tried it but it does´nt worked,
I´m sorry about my bad english

Translated is the error thus:


"The Application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\hlink.dll is not a valid Windows-file." and I muss close the rstrui.exe and come the window to send
the error.
