Yeah, for who knows what price. Sending you money is a tad different than paying through a Verified by Visa service too. I swore myself to never go back to Paypal crap after the previous disaster.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I'm not an asshole when it comes to that sort of thing. I wasn't thinking of ripping you off. That's harsh, dude. NO TRUST. ;_______;

No, that's harsh, thinking I'd think that of you >:(

Like I told you at the time when you asked, I didn't have the money, nor the means to get it to you.

And by Paypal disaster I'm referring to this incident you might remember.

All of my PSP titles were purchased within the last 3 months.

KHII is a couple months old now but Viewtiful Joe 2 I picked up just tonight along with FFXII.

I finally got around to buying FFXII this evening and was able to score the LE guide.

Penelo. And I so wanted Vaan art cover. Actually yeah I didn't.

I purchased the DGN from my local EB Games SJ. I understand your pain if you can't seem to find it. Although I rarely get the chance to visit the Microplay in town I have never seen it in stock there and it wasn't until about 4 weeks after the original release date that I was able to find and purchase it from EB. I asked the employee if it was a limited release and he told me no. Small comfort when you can't bloody find it anywhere.

Summon Night 1? For the GBA? I think we've got it at my store as a matter of fact. If that's what I thinking of, anyway.

It's funny you mention that, Jacky, you found it at an EB Games. I was working at one of the EBs in my town when it came out, and we never got a single UMD. Bastards.

Yeah, that one. I tried to order a copy from dvdboxoffice, but they don't seem to be getting any new shipment of it for a while (which made think it's extinct, but apparently not). They do have the second one in stock, but I figured I'd play them in order.

If you can find it cheap enough for you, I'll gladly send you my DGN. It's the recent European release, so the cover is different, but the game/UMD is the exact same one.

Ordered FFIII from Play-Asia, at last. Got tired of waiting the PAL release, so I thought, why not order it cheaper and faster? But, apparently everyone else has thought that, and I'll might have to wait 15 days to it come here. Bugger.

Quite a few games changed hands within the last short period, and I don't have a couple of them anymore but:

Magical Starsign - I was fooled by all the pretty advertising on gamefaqs and the whole astrology and magic concept. The graphics really are subpar and disappointing, but the main catcher was that when it comes down to it, you really only have two unique options in battle: cast magic and attack physically. The less than 5/10 review on Gamefaqs captures it all. It was just a very average rpg, and casting Lassi's wind spell repeatedly for the first hour or two gets boring quickly. Traded it in.

Summon Night: Swordcraft Story - Traded it in. By no means was this a bad game, and I actually liked it more than Starsign! I just didn't have the time to play this neat rpg when there were other sexier portable options such as:

Power Stone Collection - Having only played the 1 and 2 very briefly, finally being able to play both of these again was worth the wait. I don't know how the experience is for those who've thoroughly went through the DC versions, if you haven't played much of either of them, this is a very welcome port. All the wacky item action and stage interactivity are the best points of both games.

Yoshi's Island DS - This had me up until 3 a.m. for the last week roughly. It's even cuter with the addition of the 4 other babies, although I highly doubted if I was playing a port at some points, since some of the levels feel like the originals with minor tweaks. I might trade it in after reading that there are only 5 worlds (on the last part of world 4 now), and getting all the character coins/perfect scores does not unlock anything proportional to the effort (eg. hard modes for minigames). The level sare very long this time around.

Final Fantasy III - I bought Power Stone Collection after this, but I've only read the manual still. I plan to play it right now, or sometime later tonight. Hopefully it'll deliver.

I was speaking idiomatically.

Yesterday I got AstroPop and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 for the XBOX Live Arcade. Both are worth the $10. AstroPop is a really addictive puzzle game. It a challange. I havn't played a Mortal Kombat game in years. It's just as fun as I remember.

I've bought a few other games in the past few days:

Suikoden Tactics (PS2) - I know, bad reviews and everything but hey! its still a Suikoden. Plus it was real cheap.

Grandia Xtreme (PS2) - I wanted to try that long ass dungeon.

Growlanser Generations (PS2) - w00t! I haven't seen that one in any EB games before so I jumped on it when I saw it. I've yet to play it though, too busy with FFXII and Phantasy Star Universe.

I guess I'll mention the purchases over the past week.

Last weekend I got the Wii, extra Wii remote and nunchuk, Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz, Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, and Excite Truck (BIG DAMN TRUCKS!). So 4 games for the launch. Zelda, the highlight game of Wii launch, is a no brainer. I got interested in Super Monkey Ball in line as people talked about it, and I ended up getting it since Trauma Center and Red Steel were sold out already anyway. DBZ, mainly for my brother, is ridiculously fun. :/ And then of course BIG DAMN TRUCKS... most holy shit game I've played in a while.

Then today I picked up Trauma Center: Second Opinion and Red Steel. I've been meaning to pick up both since launch. I completed Trauma Center on the DS (including the X missions!), which is one of the most difficult tasks in video gaming ever. I thoroughly enjoyed that game though, and am ready to continue my elite surgeon skills. Red Steel has just always looked interesting from what I've seen the past few months. Hopefully I'll get some playtime in those this week.

Let's see, recent game purchases... most recently would be Suikoden V for the PS2 yesterday. Not had a chance to playing it yet, and possibly won't for a little while, but I'm glad I finally managed to find a copy. Also picked up Burnout Legends for my PSP on the cheap a little while back, along with Breath of Fire III though I ended taking that back because it didn't really grab me.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Funny, every Gamestop or EB I go to has this game. I've been meaning to get it, but i'm not so sure about it. <_<

Anyway, another game:

Need for Speed Carbon: Collector's Edition - Bought it off a friend who was bored with it. I wanted to try it myself, so I bought it from him. Cheaply, of course. The game's alright. Could've been better at some points.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I have recently purchased the following:

Refurbished PSTwo (Slimline) - I picked this up at a Babbages for $109 (Total, after tax). At the same time of that purchase, I also got three games:

Metal Gear Solid 3: Substance - This is the expanded version of Snake Eater and I'll get back to finishing it at some point, although I have several other games to keep me occupied.

Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories - Second game I bought that day, its been real fun so far and I have no complaints.

Burnout 3 - I picked this up since it was cheap and since now I have a good 2-player racing game in stock.

After that I also got a few more things (More Recently):

Final Fantasy XII - Very fun game. I got the collector's edition in the Tin Box and it looks very prestigious sitting there.

Resident Evil 4 - For PS2, and it was $21.60 after tax ($19.99), and I've had a LOT of fun with it so far. I'm not the biggest Survival Horror fan, but this game does the genre justice, and is the most PLAYABLE Resident Evil Game yet (Yay to no more tank controls).

Yes I plan to get a Wii, but that won't likely be until Christmas or after even.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Grand Theft Auto: VCS - Though a little short, It had a great story and see how the brotherly love develops in the game. I still like LCS more.

Sonic 360 - Awesome game. >=]

Magical Starsign - I heard alot of good reviews from people and 2 or 3 negative reviews from a bunch of geeks that are stuck overrated games and compare like a bunch of dicks. I'll see how the game is later on.

Final Fantasy III DS - The people from the peanut gallery aside. This game so far is great. I got kinda pissed when i had to put some kind of effort to level up alot in the beginning but it was worth it. Hope to enjoy it more since the Ost was pretty cool.

Elite Beat Agents - cool game i suppose. Still have to beat the last stage.

Children of Mana I purchased this game the same time i grabbed MSS and FF3 yesterday. Anybody here like the game? how is it?

Final Fantasy XI: Vana'diel Collection
My friends were all into the idea of playing it again. My PC was less then satisfactory when the game came out, but with my current PC its no problem. I played a month free and then ended up buying this with the expansions (Should have waited a month for the new 2007 Edition). About 2 weeks after I bought it, they were complaining and wanted to go back to WoW... so now I'm stuck with it and no one to play with consistently anymore. My poor Monk whom I wanted so badly to become a Dragoon.

Final Fantasy XII: Collectors Edition
Its hard for me to believe how far behind I am in this game. I got it when it came out (well 3 days after since it shipped from Game Stop). I've been playing this with my girlfriend and its really great so far. Its once again renewed my interest in the series.

Final Fantasy III: DS
I've had a DS for the past 4 months and this is the first game I've actually bought for it. Its great fun. I loved playing the NES version on an emulator but couldn't bring myself to play very far into it. Its been a lot more fun this time around and the challenge is a nice change from a lot of recent RPGs.

Zone of the Enders
I saw it at my local Game Stop for about $5.00 and realized it was time I just bought it. Its a great game in itself even if the main selling point when it came out was the Metal Gear Solid 2 Demo.

Although, I heard the second one was way better. Also, on the Children of Mana thing chato was asking about. The game is probably more fun to play with friends. You can help each other out and party up. But if you look beyond that, it gets a little tedious at times because most of the game is hack and slash and all the exploring is dungeon crawling. Either way, despite me selling the game, it's still a solid game within itself to play.

And i've gone on another game buying tangent.

Digimon World DS - I've been on and off about getting this game for two weeks. Considering I have to sit in a school bus for an hour to get to a choral festival, and that I'm almost done with Gyakuten Saiban 2, I needed something else to hold me over. I'll probably see how far I can get with this game, and maybe I'll start shuffling back to the other games I should be playing... Like Final Fantasy III... Love it to death, but Salamander is a bitch, especially if you're underleveled. >_<

Ikaruga (GCN)

Finally got this game, after searching for a long time. It was a pretty hefty $49.99 (CDN) plus tax, but the disc itself is practically scratch-free, unlike the other used games I bought at the same location. I'll have to be balancing between this and Zelda: TP for the next while.

Just picked up Final Fantasy Anthology, and Chronicles for PS1 today, at the second hand store near my place. Apperanently they had came in that day, and the guy had never see a game fly off the shelf that fast before.

O man, i'm so excited, i can finally catch up on all the Final Fantasy i've missed over the years, but i'm most excited for Chrono Trigger being included in that.

Also asked for Final Fantasy Dawn of Souls, FFIII, and FFXII for christmas. If all goes well, i'll have every FF game except for VII, IX, and XII (techincally not true, i need a new copy of VIII, there's a stall really early on in the game, can't get past it). Once i get ahold of all of them, i'm gonna play through them all in order.

Maybe my second hand searching will lead me to find a copy of Tactics somewhere. Man, it'd be awesome if i could get a copy.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I last bought Devil May Cry 3: Second Edition, and I was so full of it that the next day I bought 1 and 2 :d They all are just great games. Since then I haven't bought one more, but I'm thinking of collecting the Final Fantasy series for PS/PS2

There's nowhere I can't reach.
