Chinese Traditional <--> Chinese Simplified
I am looking for an offline application that can convert Chinese traditional unicode text to simplified, and vice versa. Any suggestions?

I have never used the software myself (I know that relatives on my mother's side do), but perhaps the NJStar Chinese word processor may be along the lines of what you're looking for.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
