Wasn't the voting archive updated after the week was done? It's probably better that way.

And regarding my upcoming nomination by the way, are ogg files accepted?

OGG, M4A, emulated formats like SPC, you name it. We'll convert 'em to MP3, and in the case of a lossy -> lossy transition like with an OGG source, we'll put the original file in the extras/ folder for people who want the original encoding quality.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I prefer to do it as the votes come in, so people can have an idea of how well tracks are doing before voting is closed.

Great, thanks. That's good to know. I'll leave the conversion to you guys.

Really easy to divvy points this week.

3 points - Dynomite (Game Rip) - Endless Puzzle
2 points - Wario World (Game Rip) - Excitement Central - Greenhorn
1 point - Chaos Legion OST - Welcome To The Darkness Stage

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

Everything this week is enjoyable to a degree. I don't know if I'll have time to decide on a vote.

Bleh week; nothing to see here. Scarlett track was a good listen. My 2nd and 3rd picks were decent, but verging into bleh level. Most had crappy sounding samples and/or relatively generic composition ideas.

3 points: Scarlett OST - already settled down...
2 points: Wario World (Game Rip) - Excitement Central - Greenhorn
1 point: Space Cowboy Online (Game Rip) - Reynard Beach

It seems that CHz, in his haste, didn't put a final result in this thread. This will now be remedied:

Voting is closed!

1). [25] Scarlett OST - already settled down...
2). [20] Shin Sangokumusou 3 Original Sound Track - EVE
3). [17] Chaos Legion Original Soundtrack - welcome to the darkness (Stage ~Iku City~)
4). [16] Ridge Racer 6 (Game Rip) - Floodlight
5). [12] Space Cowboy Online (Game Rip) - Reynard Beach
6). [11] XANADU NEXT Original Sound Track - Evildoer
7). [10] Wario World (Game Rip) - Excitement Central - Greenhorn Forest
8). [9] Dynomite (Game Rip) - Endless Puzzle

Look for this week's tracks and thread to be up soon (hopefully)!

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Phew; it seemed like Floodlight was going to take 1st place with all the votes it was getting. Nice to see Welcome to the Darkness make the top 3. I hope some people really appreciated its unique sound.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
Check out my original music at my Soundcloud page!

Latest music rips (updated January 10, 2012):

SimCity DS - Jazz/ambient/electronic music including interesting reworkings of songs from the fantastic SimCity 3000 soundtrack
Cold Winter Original Game Music Score - Really cool; dark, full, emotional strings mixed with drums, piano, choir. Kind of like Furious Angels?

Play-Asia - Japanese CDs, game soundtracks, game imports, & more
