Oh, we didn't expect that to happen. Of course we didn't. :juggler:

Do singers stay in retirement anymore? Celine Dion came back. Garth Brooks came back. And now Jay-Z. Retirement appears to be meaningless to the music community.

Ah for Christ's sake is he not dead yet!? I actually remember him getting a watch (Rolex or one of those yuppie things) at one of the music awards and being told by Dave Chapelle that if he came outta' retirement again he'd have to give it back...I wonder if he will...

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

He will only if he, unlike millions of others, takes Dave Chapelle seriously.

Yeah, I suppose the chances are kinda slim! Aren't The Rolling Stones on like, their 5th retirement now too?

I was speaking idiomatically.

I dont know why singers and actors even mention their retiring. If a CD doesnt come out, and they dont do live shows people wont think about you. Then when you decide you still wanna act or sing, you come out and do a project. People will go, "oh cool, hes still around." Its better then saying, "I thought he quit. Whys he coming back?"

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

I too am glad that he's back. He's the only rapper I can stand listening to for over 10 minutes.

The only thing good that could possibly come out of this would be The Grey Album, Vol. 2.
