I'm pretty sure that it's Juuousei (and wow, I would've never guessed from the first cap XD)~. The uniforms look like the ones from the show, and I'm pretty sure that's Odin sitting in the chair there.

Heh. I was also guessing Wolf's Rain on that one. I mean the swat uniforms are really close to the ones in WR, so I should have known BONES did it. I never saw Juuousei though. So I was a little confused....

It's not Escaflowne or Emma. And the Town is kind of important to the series...the first half of the show sort of happens in that general area.
