Super Mario Strikers: Charged

IGN article: http://wii.ign.com/articles/727/727449p1.html

Oh god Mario you look so angry why are you so angry D:

Bowser is playable this time, and apparently everyone is wearing steel armor crap, including the ball itself. It has a much darker, techno-y feel to it than a typical Mario game... I'm scared

Oh, and plus, the game is playable online.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Jesus Christ. I thought I heard opinions about how the game was bad compared to the other Mario sports games. Haven't even picked up the copy of the game I have since I got it last Christmas...

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Aside from the original being pretty bland, it just doesn't feel like Mario because it's dark and everyone is severely pissed off and they also get electrocuted

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

So now it's more like a bunch of robots playing soccer? Didn't this already happen in Mega Man Soccer?

I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?

Im the only here who thinks that this game can be easily ported on Gamecube? the graphics are really identical... hope that at least they can change something in the gameplay, the idea is nice but this game needs more "technical stuff"

They're identical because the demo is using the exact same program as the last game; look, even Mario's goal animation is the same. The graphics only stand out in the animation.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

Actually, Strikers is IMO one of the best Mario sports titles I've ever played. Four player multi on it is a blast, and I can't wait for the new edition.

So are we getting it as Smash Football: Smashed?

What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

Super Mario Strikers on Gamecube was indeed fun. But I can't imagine a darker feel to it. I really hope it doesn't turn into some kind of "evil" Mario, that would ruin it for me.

How ya doing, buddy?

I'm glad there will be a new Mario soccer game. Now where's my Mario Baseball 2, Mario Party 8, and Luigi's Mansion 2?

How ya doing, buddy?

You heard wrong? If you're willing to part with it, I'm willing to buy, as it's still expensive as heck in stores.

I don't know, I played the game multiplayer and still didn't find it fun.
