I don't mean this in a bad way, but genetically you are a cul-de-sac

There has to be some beauty on the inside, otherwise any beauty on the outside becomes meaningless and not worth the bother.

I wouldn't say that I am shallow, I would say that I am realistic and lifelike; when some people say they only care about inner values, then that's just risible.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I see you're hung up on what other people think.

I think its silly to make the argument that you don't care whatsoever about either appearance OR inner values. But there can certain be an imbalance in priorities with each individual.

I know I place a hell of a lot more importance and stress on intelligence. Sure a person can LOOK great. But that doesn't mean they ARE great. If you're looking for someone apart from a physical relationship, you really OUGHT to consider whats in their precious little heads.

Can't help but stare(not making it too obvious, but seriously anyone next to me would see how my eyes move) at any cute lookin' gal imitating Jap fashion or any other popstar-lookalike walking past me.

Well, the first people I usually try to talk to, (I noticed this when I started my new college class in January), however, is the average looking people first. I always try to get to know these people first, then only move around and get to know the rest.

So, in short, I'm preprogrammed to think,
hot/sexy/handsome/buff = dangerous
normal/average/not too bad = my kind of company
ugly (I never say someone is) = not really bothered

However, i'm quite polite when talked to. (with the exception of the foul language every 5 minutes, but that's just an expression, not really anger or disgust)

Well, for a relationship however, I'm looking at someone I feel like hugging at night, and cuddle up with. I want the girl in my life to be someone who's nice, attentive, observant and of course, cheerful.

I don't like people who just have these prolonged emoness, even though I myself suffer from periodical mood swings that can go from ubercheeriness to sheer hatred for everyone.

I was speaking idiomatically.

I never said that I didn't care for either appearance or inner values. If you read my posts again, you will find out that I just said I don't believe people when they are like 'heh I only care about inner valuez', because it's psychologically proven that everyone at least gives a small damn about appearance. I never said it's a bad thing to care about inner values, okay?

As for me, I do care about inner values. Very much so. But I also do care about appearance, not as much as inner values, I'd say, but it IS important to a certain extent.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

I actually wasn't referring to you in that statement, Mushypie. Relax. We all know that there has to be SOME emphasis on one or the other. To say differently is lying to yourself.

Everyone has a shallow part of them. EVERYONE.

So you value looks more than intelligence. I guess it's different strokes for different folks, but I hope you're smart enough to identify a psychopath when you see one. ^_^

Musharraf, I think most assumed you only really cared for physical beauty because of your... seemingly out of nowhere attack on people who say all you need is inner beauty. I don't believe that anyone yet claimed that inner beauty is all that matters, and you came out so strong against it that it seemed that physical beauty is all you really cared about.

Of course, that's not what you actually typed, though.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Well, I try not to place emphasis on the physical, but its rather natural to end up tumbling into that mindset. I try to avoid that, because you can miss out on happening upon some outstanding people just because of the way they may look...

There's nowhere I can't reach.
And then, there was one...
