How about a robotic version of a super hero? it is plausible since those Japs are just working day and night to create robots, and they seem to be on the right track! So who knows? Maybe the movie "I, Robot" wasn't too fictional after all!

There's nowhere I can't reach.

*Sings* Super fighting robot.....Megaman!!

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
The above statements may or may not be true.

I don't see this happening, in all honestly. Sure, maybe someone like The Punisher, but I can't really imagine a Superman flyin' around the skies of New York, y'know?

One of the biggest problems is that, in the comic-universe, the law is super corrputed and neglects the job of protecting the innocent and pursuing the guilty. Nowadays, if you do something wrong, someone will find out sooner or later, and call you out on that. No one's really safe from the law anymore (sure celebrities and politicians have more leeway and freedom, but newsreporters and lawmen eventually catch 'em)

Although it would be pretty interesting to have heroes in spandex with superhuman powers :'D

I imagine that it would possible for the government, much in Ultimates, to establish a super team that would act above and beyond the police. Although, I don't know exactly who the gov't would recruit for such a project. It's not like we have any super-soldiers...

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

We might not exactly have any super soldiers lying about, but we do have some dedicated men and women who, maybe with a little tweaking, would fit the bill quite nicely. Now if we can just get some lazy genetic scientists to figure out how to do the tweaking....
