videos that won't play
I downloaded some video's from the old cartoon series 'Moondreamers' (remember those?!) so that I can stroll down memory lane, but they wont play!
I tried it all, Realplayer, windows media player, winamp, DiviX. the site says they are just AVI files, but I can't get them to work. here is the site if you want to try them your self Moondreamers Jam it back in, in the dark. |
1) Go to http://www.doom9.org
2) Download "Gspot" 3) Use gspot, to find out what codec/filter/splitter you need. 3.5) Ask here for futher help if needed. 4) Install whatever you need. If those steps don't work, then the video file is b0rked. You could always skip to the end and just install CCCP, of course. That includes all the most common codecs. If it's something weird, though, that might not do it for you. There's nowhere I can't reach. ![]() |
I second the VLC recommendation, as that plays a waide variety of files. I've never had any problems using this program. Well, if nothing seems to work, your file might have issues. I guess you could try getting it again to see if that works.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
