What's out in June 2006?

I don't decide when any of these games come out, so if any dates are false, just let me know through this thread and I'll correct it. Thank you.

That said, Babar = Day 1 purchase.

Astonishia Story... and that's.. it... yeah definitively. Nothing this good this month. again. I may pick both brain games on the DS, but I won't have much time to play video games anyway... HAVE YOU LOOKED AT THE WEATHER ??! WOW WE CAN SEE THE SUN. Good time to play outside.... Hmm.. I should bring a TV and my computer outside.....

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Did Outrun for PC even come out last month? Also, the list doesn't include Half-Life 2: Episode 1, which I'm interested in. Next to that? Titan Quest if it isn't as buggy as the exclusive FilePlanet demo.

Nothing much to grab my attention there.

I'm gonna have to wait till August for my next PS2 purchase.

Wow, what a boring lineup. I see Alpha Anthology in there and that's it.

3 titles in an entire month for the Gamecube? I think we can start the requiem.

Soooo there's this UFO (that is interactive), and it contains a pool. "We must borrow some humans to learn what they do with large amounts of water in a hole" the aliens say, while eating desks and chairs. They zap up a couple that were having sex, and they appear in the pool. Confused, they still go at it. But the pool is filled with boiling water. So they die.

Game over. $34.95 well spent!

Ugh....the only game I want in the list is Dragon Ball Advanced Adventure. Not only is it a game set in the DB era instead of DBZ, it's also one of the best DB/Z games period. I've played and won the Japanese ROM, in case you're wondering.

Update: Dare I ask what Camping the Bug-A-Boo Way is?

I should also point out to importers (zing!) that King of Fighters XI will be out on the 22nd. Hooray!

Yeah, it is. I don't like DBZ games whatsoever, but this one reminds me of Gunstar Heroes/Streets of Rage, so it can't be bad.

By the way, your avatar is missing an eye.

Yeah, seriously. It so looks like a Diablo 3, it's scary. And I was a HUGE fan of D2 and LoD. Here's hoping!

magnetica for DS looks alot like an old game I had for gameboy Ballistic. It was a fairly fun game where a ring of balls spin around in a spiral and you have to blow them up by matching a certain amount of them before they reach the center. I would assume this is pretty much that but with a stylus, sounds fun!

Wow, I guess I can stop hoping for any more decent GC games until the Wii is released.

Havn't beat Half Life 2 (only played a demo) guess I could give that a try. Although I think the last good PC game I played that came out recently was Hitman Blood Money.

It's all about the last Armored Core on the PS2. I'll definately be picking that one up.

It also looks like I'll have to check out this Titan Quest to see what it is all about, and see whether it is a sub-standard D2 Clone, or a good game on it's own.

Man do I wish D3 would just hurry up and comeout already, so that people can stop trying to make a game better than a game that's been out for how many years now and failing...

I'll probably be getting the wrongly numbered (don't you just hate that) Legend of Heroes game. I'd be stupid to pass up an official English release of a Nihon Falcom game. Hopefully the translation quality is much better than the first, especially since Namco is on the cover of the game this time. ._.

Good job June, all of one game that I'm looking forward to: Street Fighter Alpha Anthology. I only have SFA and SFA2 Gold on PS1, since my buddy had SFA3 {which I liked a lot}, so it will be nice to have them all rolled into one awesome package.

As far as the D2 clone mentioned, I was a pretty avid D2 player back in the day, so I would possibly look into Titan Quest. Maybe download a "demo" of it to see what the deal is. You guys who are waiting around for D3 do realize that a significant portion of the creative team behind the Diablo games left Blizzard several years ago right?

Anyone who has a PSP needs to pick up Gradius Collection. Finally having Gradius Gaiden on NA shores is reason ENOUGH, everything else is just added awesomeness. It's very well polished and perfect for a portable system. Only thing you have to do is adjust to the controls on the PSP which doesn't really take that long at all.

My PSP sat on my shelf and collected dust before this was released two days ago. Not anymore! WELL worth the money.

I dunno dude, I got the first one and it's pretty much the hugest "Meh" that can be uttered. It's about as average as that sort of thing gets and it's really making me not interested in the second. =\
