hahaha! No more Religion? whatever for? certainly you must realize that religions have never spurned conflict. Only people have ever started wars, and simply used religion as propaganda - a flag to rally under. Crusades? territory and phat loots. Spanish Inquistion? Get those pesky Moorish out of Southern Spain.
In fact, religion is a fine thing (if you're willing to look at the whole big picture). People like believing in something greater than themselves. As much as science and whatnot has taught us how the physical world works, there are still so many things we may never understand about ourselves and our existence. Belief in a being greater than ourselves gives hope and reassurance. Even the various Churches scattered across the lands help build and improve communities, regardless of creed.
Now I can understand your dislike of fanatics who, believing strongly that they have things all figured out, want to make the rest of the world join them. But the fact that they share a religion rarely has any relevance to their cause.
'sides, what'd the Buddhists ever do to you?
Jam it back in, in the dark.
